Noahides for McCain
Conversation overheard at my synagogue picnic on Saturday (as Dave Barry would say, I am not making this up)
Reuben: If I weren’t Jewish, I’d vote for Obama
Simon: If you weren’t Jewish, you’d be pro-Israel, and so you’d be voting for McCainMonday, September 01, 2008
E. J. Dionne: "If I don't know it, it's not knowledge"
Dionne's commentary just shows the navel-gazing that passes for punditry in Washington. If E. J. Dionne doesn't know something, then its not on the record.
You have two interns, Mr. Dionne? Should have set one of them to searching the internet, and the other one to look up the Alaska papers in the Library of Congress. Then you would have found that Gov. Palin was a Steve Forbes supporter in 2000. They might have also found for you that Gov. Palin was Alaska's chief oil and gas regulator and served as President of the Alaska Conference of Mayors.
And, BTW, which way did Joe Biden vote on abandoning Cambodia to the Khmer Rouge?
